King Living Foundation was established in July 2016. King Living Foundation (formerly King Foundation) is the Private Ancillary Fund of King Living (formerly King Furniture). King Living is a furniture design, retail, and manufacturing company with 14 locations in Australia as well as international showrooms in New Zealand and Singapore. The foundation has supported National Breast Cancer Foundation's Project 2030 and McGrath Foundation.

David King is the founder of King Living. In 1977, he and his mother, Gwen King, sewed chair covers to sell at Paddy's Markets. He was formerly a member of the rock and roll band, King Fox, and he opened an electronics business to make and install music equipment to corporate clients.

David King's wife, Sonia King, joined King Living and helped build the company to what it is today. The legacy will continue with their two daughters--Stephanie King and Louise King.
